Clubs Map Instructions

The Basics

This page uses software from Google Maps, which hopefully most people will be familiar with. You can drag the map with your mouse, double-click to centre and zoom, move the map or zoom using the controls on the left hand side, or use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out. You can also change the size of the map by changing the size of your browser window, or use the Maximize/Minimize button on the top right of the map.

For more help see Google's support page.

Each club is listed on the left hand side, with it's location shown by a marker on the map. Put your mouse over the marker to show the club name.

For club information click on their marker, or on their name in the list on the left. This will popup an Information Window with links to a page with full club information (ground, contacts etc) and their website, as well as links to generate directions to and from any location. These links will open in new window.

Nearest Clubs

To see distances from a point to all the clubs click on the Nearest button on the top left of the map, and then set the location to measure from by clicking on the map, or entering an address to locate. This will place a marker on the map which you can drag, and the clubs will be ordered by distance from this point. Exact distances will also be displayed in the clubs list on the left, and shown if you hover your mouse over a club's marker.
