From the East
Leave the M4 at J29 onto the A48M signposted Cardiff East - After several miles the speed limit reduces to 50mph then 40mph
(watch for speed camera once into 40mph!) - About 300yds after speed camera join slip road to large roundabout (do not the exit
immediately after the camera signposted Hospital) - Take 1st exit off roundabout signposted Roath (Whitchurch Road) - Turn left
onto Allensbank Road at traffic lights with The Heath pub on the left - After going over the A48 dual carriageway, take the 2nd
left onto King George V Drive East - Take 2nd exit at roundabout (going right) and then 1st left - car park and changing rooms will be straight
in front.
From the West
Leave the M4 at J32 onto the A470 signposted Cardiff - After a couple of miles through several sets of traffic lights you
will approach a large, complicated junction with East bar/restaurant in the middle. The road swings round to the left, follow signs for city
centre, do not head onto A469 Caerphilly - Almost immediately the road swings back round right and splits into around 4 lanes, the left two
head towards a roundabout - Take the left lane onto this roundabout, and take 2nd exit signposted Roath (Whitchurch Road) - Follow
directions as from East (from Whitchurch Road).
