Welcome to the South Lacrosse web site. We cover both of the governing bodies of lacrosse in the Southern UK - the South of England Men's Lacrosse Association (SEMLA), and the Southern Counties Women's Lacrosse Association (SCWLA). Both are part of the English Lacrosse Association.

Results and tables are updated as soon as they are available, generally Monday night for both men's and women's, with an additional update on Thursday if there are men's midweek games.
