Constitution29. ALTERATIONS TO THE CONSTITUTIONNo alteration to the Constitution of the Association shall be made other than at an Annual General Meeting or Special General Meeting. Full details of the proposed alteration(s) must be given in the notice convening the meeting. Any alteration(s) to the Constitution of the Association must be approved by a majority of two-thirds of those present at the meeting and entitled to vote. Alteration(s) so approved must be submitted to the E.L.A. |
