Pitch is 3G Astro - only trainers, astro trainers or molded studs / blades allowed, no metal or screw-in studs.
If you are driving make sure you enter the site via Greyhound Hill, and not the main entrance in The Burroughs, and head to the far right end of the car park. If you walk down the right side of the buildings you will see the 3G pitches, and the changing rooms are on the right in the Sports Pavilion, which is adjacent to the tennis courts.
