The SEMLA region is split into South and Midlands for representative teams that compete in competitions like the annual Nick Kehoe International tournament held at the end of the field season, and the annual North v South box lacrosse series. The regional boundaries are shown below.
Eligible players must meet at least one of the following criteria;
- Currently playing for a club or university in the region
- Currently living in the region
- Have grown up (e.g. attended school) in the region
- Have previously represented the region

South Box Team
The current team manager for the South box lacrosse team is Rob Ingham Clark, contactable via rob_inghamclark@hotmail.co.uk. The South box team covers the South and Midlands geography.
